BoomStartup, a seed capital and mentorship-driven investment
program for web and software start-ups, will announce the Top 10 companies it
selected to participate in its inaugural three-month program from May 17, 2010 - August 20, 2010. The Companies were selected from hundreds of applications across the State of Utah and some as far away as India.
Please join us on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 5:00 pm when
BoomStartup will announce the 10 companies. All attendees will be able to meet
the selected Companies and the Investor-Mentors. We
will meet in the Amber Room at Thanksgiving Point’s Museum of Ancient Life.
Each selected company will receive up to $15,000 in seed
capital, free office resources, technology infrastructure, professional services and mentoring from a
group of seasoned and successful entrepreneurs. Companies will be paired with
one of the investor-mentors, who will guide each start-up and connect them with
people in their networks to help them get their businesses off on the right
foot.
